Nationality
The candidate must fulfill at least one of the following conditions to qualify for Eligibility.
Be an Indian citizen.
Be a Nepalese or Bhutanese national.
Be a Tibetan refugee who entered India prior to January 1, 1962, with the intention of settling permanently.
Be an individual of Indian origin who migrated from countries such as Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African nations like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam, with the aim of establishing permanent residence in India.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Those in their final year of graduation may apply on a provisional basis, provided they present proof of passing the degree exam by the stipulated deadline.

General and EWS candidates: Maximum of 6 attempts.
OBC candidates: Up to 9 attempts.
